Latest Plein Air

Considering the ruthless onslaught of insects that my freind Steve and I had to endure while we were painting, I think we both did all right. Hard to go wrong with Aspen trees. I think I got all the bugs picked out of the paint.

That's a really nice piece, Dave. About how long does one of your plein air paintings usually take to finish?

I can go wrong with Aspen trees, but you obviously can't. This looks great.

WOW! Just beautiful piece! The tree in the foreground is amazing! I'm also glad to see some other bloggers interested in fine painting. There's nothing like it :)

Brian, these usually take about an hour and a half. This is only 6x8.

Thanks for the compliments, everyone.
